What i was looking for was soundproof and the property did meet my expectations, even though was facing to the street.
Unfortunately did not provide coffee, I mean they offer you a coffee machine but without coffee pots :( You need to go out to buy your own coffee, if you're working and don't have the time its a bit of a problem not to mention that was really cold outside

Would be great with minor adjustments
Good value for the money, comfortable beds, we were happy to have a mini kitchen and lots of lamp lights on different levels
Many people pointed this out, but some of the rooms lack critical furniture - we had no place for two laptops, pajamas, extra pillows - not one decent table or bedside table to leave our things on. There are tons of space in the room which is great, but this seriously impacted our comfort. In your feedback the management always says they prefer "clean aesthetic" however, there's nothing pretty about your belongings having to be on the floor. I walk into the room and I'd like to put my purse on a side table, but there's no such furniture. We asked if the hotel had an extra chair so we could put unused pillows on it (instead of the window frames) and they could not find a single extra chair in a 4-story hotel. Shame.... With these minor adjustments that don't require a massive investment, this place would've been spectacular! Please, put a decent table in front of the chairs - there is so much space for it! Also, the lights in the bathroom flash constantly when turned off - this didn't bother us as we simply closed the bathroom door.

Perfect 4 night city break
Great communication regarding self check in. Easy process all the way through. Comfortable bed and room had all the facilities we needed. Location was amazing, walking distance to all the main attractions and easy access to local tram stops. Would definitely stay again on our next visit and highly recommend

Location was very good The apartment was relatively spacious with comfortable beds and equipped kitchen Room access was easy with a code
A serious lack of communication: there was no reception. the people in the desk do not belong to the hotel and had little interest in helping us. We arrived earlier and tried to contact the hotel by email but received no reply. Both us and two other couples received a false message via WhatsApp asking for our details. We contacted the hotel WhatsApp number and were answered by a bot that did tell us it’s an imposter, though no human contacted us to tell us that this imposter got our contact details and breached our privacy. Moreover, booking conditions regarding payment were unclear. The payment was processed on a different date than mentioned on Booking and it was not mentioned clearly how the payment works. The value for money was very disappointing and didn’t not meet expectations of a 4 stars accommodation
