  The apartment itself was new and generally pleasant, but there were also some practical shortcomings. I was surprised that there was no cooking hob, which I would normally expect in a holiday apartment. There was also a problem with the bathroom drainage: the linear drain in the walk-in shower was poorly constructed, causing water to collect in the middle of the bathroom rather than drain properly. An additional drain had apparently been installed in the middle of the bathroom after the original drainage problem became apparent.

  There are hotels where you feel that the staff genuinely cares about guests and their experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. Although I had paid for a parking space for the duration of my stay, the owner/manager gave my designated space to another vehicle. When I raised the issue, his response was extremely rude and aggressive. He shouted at me in an offensive tone: “Do you want to leave the apartment now? Do you want to leave? Then leave, go!” This was particularly unpleasant and intimidating. The communication with the other staff member was also difficult, as she did not speak English or any other foreign language. We had to communicate by writing and using translation on her phone. I travel frequently for both work and leisure, so I have plenty of experience with different types of accommodation. Unfortunately, my experience here left me with the impression that guests are treated as one-time customers and that little attention is paid to customer service. I was particularly disappointed by being charged for a parking service that was not provided as agreed, and by the owner/manager's attitude when I raised the issue. Aggressive and intimidating behaviour towards a guest is simply unacceptable. Overall, while the apartment was new, the poor customer service, parking issue, and the owner's behaviour made this a very disappointing experience.

  Apartament spatios si curat, in centru, aproape de plaja si de magazine. Parcare in interiorul complexului.

  Internet foarte slab, doar in holul de la intrare langa usa si putin in primul dormitor. In restul casei era inexistent. Parcarea un pic cam scumpa.
