    departe de aglomeratia statiunilor mari, terasa si loc de luat masa afara foarte spatioase, camerele la fel spatioase, bucataria foarte bine echipata, locatia buna ca si distanta atat spre o parte a bratului cat si spre partea opusa, plaja cu pietre peste drum de locatie dar curata si locuri umbroase sub maslini. Nea Skioni la o distanta de 15 min de mers pe jos pentru taverne/magazine.

    The place is very nice and cozy, has a nice view and a very nice garden. The host Claire was very nice and helpful and helped us because we had a car accident and recommended a us a mechanic and even let us stay a day more at the villa with half price.

    The accommodation is new and everything is very nice and clean. The house was big enough for our group, there is a big yard and a big terrace where we spent our evenings. The owner is very nice and helpful, we received tips about the area (restaurants, beaches) and he was very responsive to all our needs. Inside the house you can find everything you need, including coffee and wine. The location is very good for reaching most of the beaches from Kassandra (max 30 min by car). We enjoyed our stay and we recommend the property for a relaxing holiday.

    Nea Skioni is a very nice village, but it doesn`t have the nicest beach though (compared to others from Kassandra).
