    O condomínio é excelente!! Ótimo para viajar com crianças...muito tranquilo e gostoso. Tem piscina, parquinho, academia, sauna..várias atividades para fazer no decorrer do dia. A laguna que fica nos fundos também é uma maravilha para ficar. Aproveitamos bastante!

    Custo beneficio ótimo, local com infraestrutura.

    O espaço é super aconchegante e perfeitamente equipado com tudo o que se precisa no dia a dia. Durante nossos três dias de estadia, aproveitamos para preparar nosso almoço lá mesmo, com total conforto. O condomínio possui uma infraestrutura excelente — já valeria a pena a viagem só para curtir as áreas comuns. As praias ficam próximas, mas recomendo o local principalmente para quem está de carro, pela facilidade de locomoção.

    Hermoso lugar aunque lejos de las playas y el centro

    El condominio es hermoso y cómodo. Tiene muchos servicios y buenos precios.El departamento es tal cual las fotos, bien equipado, muy lindo y cómodo. El anfitrión muy amable y atento, nos permitió ingresar un poco antes de la hora habitual

    La ubicación, si vas sin auto es muy costoso llegar a Arraial y pasear. Incluso hacer compras para cocinar se vuelve costoso.
