The location is great. The room was quite big. Luggage storage after checkout was helpful.
Tv is only with channels, who watches cable TV in 2026. Get a smart tv soon. The room was quite big but they just squeezed the desk next to the door. That could be easily in the bedroom. Talking about room 108 here. The breakfast was weak compared to other hotels i have been in Lisbon. The cold boiled eggs with black inner layer is a no-no for me. The curtains were pain in the ass. The rails were so complicated to close them completely. I couldn't get the total darkness at night no matter how much i pulled the curtains. One of the curtains was broken on the edge. No warm welcome with welcome drink, etc. I spent some time to figure how to activate the shower head on top.

Couldn't stay there again. The anxiety about whether the AC would be on at a given time was too much
Location, breakfast. There is probably not a better location in the city. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of products available. Service was very good, and we really enjoyed our breakfasts. We found most of the hotel team friendly and helpful; a few seemed uncaring (for example, see below)
The air conditioner didn't work the first two days we were there. The staff at first seemed uncaring. We were told to "just wait." The controls were at the desk and we were told whenever someone turned on the heater indicator (on purpose or on accident) the air conditioner for other rooms on the floor (or hotel) turned off. We had to check every day to make sure they turned out air on. It went off two of the four nights we were there, and I had to go down to the desk, one night at 01:00 AM and one night at 02:00 AM to ask the air be turned on, as the room got very stuffy (aka hot) even though it was October. I would have tried to call instead of dressing to go downstairs but the phone didn't work. Im sure it was not plugged in but the plug was behind the bed and we didn't want to disturb the furniture in the room, so went downstairs. Asked about fixing the phone on day 2 but it didn't happen, so asked again on day 3 so it was fixed. The other two nights we learned to ask at bedtime if the AC was on right before we tried to go to sleep, hoping it would last all night and fortunately it did.

Limpieza y calidad en una localización inmejorable
La situación, habitación grande, buen desayuno
Algo ruidoso, al menos en la primera planta
