Absolutely amazing
Everything about this hotel was amazing, the staff were so so incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms were spotless, they refill your water and bathroom condiments everyday, the location is perfect right in the heart of old quarter making it so easy to go anywhere. The room was so comfortable and just what you need to a relaxing city break. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

A wonderful little paradise!
The hotel, staff and location are great. One thing that we were so impressed with the fantastic customer service. What happened was that we told the hotel staff that we got an early flight to catch. The staff told us that the hotel chef would prepare the to go breakfast for us. On top of that they got us a cheaper taxi fare than Grab. The hotel is so close to local restaurants and market and all attractions. We would definitely stay at this so affordable hotel if we come to visit Hanoi again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We used the hotel's airport transfer service for both arrival and departure. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived in Hanoi a bit late, but the driver waited for us and gave us a warm welcome still. The location is also very strategic; we could easily walk around Hanoi to shop, dine, visit the lake, and enjoy various other activities. The air conditioning didn't cool the room very quickly, but it was adequate since we spent most of the day outdoors. It wasn't a major issue for us.
