    Terrible experience

    Terrible experience. I booked this hotel more than a month in advance, only to have my reservation cancelled just 2 hours before check-in. I was left stranded in a foreign city with a 3 -month-old baby and a 4-year-old child. By that time, almost all nearby hotels were fully booked, and I had to spend hours searching for an alternative place to stay. In the end, I was forced to book accommodation far away and pay nearly three times the original price. Cancelling a confirmed reservation at the last minute is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. The hotel showed no responsibility and offered no real help. I would strongly advise other travelers, especially families with young children, to avoid this hotel. A confirmed booking here apparently means nothing.
