    The location is accessible and just a few mins walk to many conveniences. Our room was an upgrade, a very big room so our stay was very comfortable. We got a balcony room too. Almost no noise from outside so you can rest well. The staff are very friendly and polite. Ms. Linda, the manager is amazing. She helped me a lot with my bookings, very prompt and trustworthy!! She has lots of recommendations for the trip! Needless to say, we are actually back to stay again after our trip from Sapa!

    A very quick fix, the shower door just needs to be tightened to keep it in place.
