    The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, the rooms are basic but value for money, and the hotel is well located for exploring Hanoi.

    If location, good communication, and a private room and bathroom for a reasonable price is what you’re looking for then

    Even though it’s extremely busy right in the lovely area the rooms are surprisingly very quiet at night. So the location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere. Jackson (the hotel manager) is very helpful, can book your entire trip for Vietnam (booked my Ha Giang Loop - private room and transfers, food and full 4 day tour included for a reasonable price). Any questions (I did send lots) on WhatsApp he was always very quick to respond with all the information I needed. He was kind enough to get me reservations at a couple Michelin hot spots too.
