Disappointing, dirty, and poor value for money.
Great location - close to shops, cafes, beach and walking path along the shore.
This is an old unit and it needs a good clean and a makeover. Furniture is old, stained - there was a blood stain on the quilt and the mattress was also stained. There were used cotton buds on floor of room, and someone else’s hair on the pillows. You couldn’t walk in the unit without shoes as your feet would get not just dirty, but dusty. I suspect this is from the thick layers of dust on the exposed brick walls. If you’re mould sensitive do not come here. This unit has evidence of past mould problem that is not fully resolved. There’s also no air conditioning in the living area which gets full morning sun, and stays hot all afternoon. No screens on any windows or doors so you can’t let the fresh air in without insects coming in too. The pool was dirty, with leaves in it, so we weren’t sure if we could swim in it. Information about the blocks facilities was lacking.

Happy to recommend for a couple or small family.
Location was great! Views great! So spacious and comfortable. Plenty of street parking.
We were pretty happy with everything.
