    The apartment was great. The pool was delightful. The cats are all so lovely, only a few will let you pet them and we fell in love with two of them.. Cat lovers will love this place. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. It's closed on Sundays though. The meat counter is great. Beautiful fresh fruit and veg. A great new restaurant called Backxes is a 10 minute walk away. It's open 13:30 - 17:30 and then open again at 19:30. Food was absolutely delicious.

    A great place on a great island!

    This is a great apartment! It’s out of the way of the busy town centre, with a supermarket nearby, and lots of lovely places to eat within walking distance. The apartment has everything you could need in it including a washing machine, plates, cutlery, pans, and a kettle, and you can access the pool which is ideal (although we didn’t really use it in the end). The property owner is so lovely and accommodating and you’re able to contact him beforehand and during your stay should you need anything else. We definitely recommend hiring a car to get around the island and see what it has to offer - there’s always somewhere to park it on the street just outside of the apartment building.

    The only issue we had was with some ants so just beware of food on the sides - make sure it goes away in a cupboard :)
