  Lovely apartment, excellent hosts.

  Loved the view, as advertised, all cleaned ready for us, there was shower gel, towels and dishwasher tablets. Air conditioning as well, always a bonus when it's really hot, the shower was lovely 4 different modes if you wanted them, very hot water, and good pressure. Loved the fact we had a washing machine & dishwasher, drying racks out on the balcony,and a parasol to give some shade, pool/beach towels also provided. Access to swimming pool as well, which was well maintained nice and clean, never crowded, no stupid sunbed wars thank god. The only thing with the pool area is they dont have parasols for shade, but there is one in the apartment so you could take it down there and put it in the base, which they do provide. We had a slight issue with the boiler, but as soon as Iet them know ,said they would be there within the hour, but actually actually arrived within 40 minutes. The sign of good hosts/owners is if you get a problem and it gets sorted promptly, we will definitely be returning, as soon as we get sorted this end will be rebooking for next year. Very comfortable stay.

  There wasn't anything to dislike.

  Vacaciones top

  Está muy limpio y nuevo, además de bonito, y cuenta con básicos necesarios como toallas de baño y playa, y sombrilla. También había azúcar, café, aceite… La cama muy cómoda. Vistas al puerto de Puerto Rico desde la terraza. Estación de bus al lado de la puerta de atrás del complejo. Las limpiadoras y personal del complejo muy amables y serviciales.

  Las almohadas (más bien cojines) nos dieron dolor de cuello.

  Un sitio céntrico. Las instalaciones del apartamento estupendas. La piscina limpia y con poca gente, fantástico.

  Estaba todo muy limpio y nuevo. Con un montón de cosas necesarias. Sal, azúcar, vengaré y esas cosas…

  El aparcamiento que había muy poco.

  Des vacances au top

  Appartement avec une très bonne orientation, terrasse abritée du soleil avec vue sur le port et la plage. Puerto Rico est abrité du vent de par sa situation, ce qui en fait un lieu privilégié par rapport à Maspalomas que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Commerce près du logement pour les courses quotidiennes. Beaucoup de marches pour aller en bord de mer par une passerelle, un peu difficile pour des personnes âgées mais pratique, très bien desservie en bus ou taxi. La piscine, un gros plus car très agréable et très propre. Environnement très calme.

  Nous ne nous sommes pas servis de la climatisation car, voulant profiter de la terrasse, l'apport d'air chaud supplémentaire n'est pas agréable. Dans les chambres, un ventilateur au plafond efficace mais un peu bruyant la nuit en vitesse rapide.
