    Nice room. A safe that worked. A quiet area, luggage storage and good breakfast.

    They "forgot" to pick us up from the train station despite having emailed me confirmation, and when I called to see where they were, there was no answer. So a really bad start as we had to find our own way there. (Not very far to be fair, but we'd have been stuck if it wasn't for Google maps) The rest of the stay was fine.

    Camas e chuveiro eram bons. O quarto espaçoso e com sacada. Nos deixaram quardar as malas por duas horas após o check out.

    A recepção estava sempre vazia. Faltou luz do.horario do cafe ate as 18:00. Sem luz, sem banho, sem.internet, sem elevador para o 6 andar, onde estavamos. Fizemos a reclamação pelo aplicativo sem resposta ate.hoje. Um descaso total. O primeiro quarto tinha uma sacada que.nao se podia usar devido a uma obra que acontecia ha menos de 6 metros no predio da frente. Pessoas olhando tiravam a privacidade do quarto. As 6:30 barulho de marteladas e furadeiras da obra nos acordaram. Nos trocaram de quarto para o outro lado do.hotel ai faltou a luz o dia inteiro. Experiência muito desagradável voltar ao hotel e.nao poder tomar banho. Com a falta da luz a bomba nao jogava mais.agua para o 6 andar. Faltou agua também tudo no mesmo dia. No segundo dia normalizou.
