So close to mosque nabawi and alot of shopping place and resto and thank u for experience our journey umrah can stay in
The property so difficult with lift and wifi must every time little bit longtime waiting if prayer time and for bathroom everytime towel wet because water come to outside bathroom but location so near to gate 338 amazing and close to alot of outlet souvenir etc🙏

Good location to the masjid
The location from and to haram the restaurant stuff Jahid very welcoming kind friendly always asking everyone if you want any else, if one day my oldest didn’t come for breakfast he would ask why they not here and if they unwell we can take food to the room he made having breakfast very enjoyable I think he was the only waiter there friendly talking to customers always a smile on the face
The rooms phone don’t work, bell boy very rude and housing-keeping keep coming and asking when ypu will leave gave them a time but he still asked every time he saw us, and then I got annoyed and said I have the room till tomorrow il leave when im ready can you stop asking
