    Lovely staffs but....

    Staff are very friendly & helpful. Coffee was nice. The view at night from the balcony is nice. The quiet area

    Does not feel like a 4stars hotel at some part. The door frame came off twice. WiFi not the must reliable at times not good for doing business/work in the room. location claim on the website is misleading, nothing is within walking distance, everything is at least an hour away forcing anyone to require taxi. Laundry service in the hotel charged over 3times higher than local laundry service. Overhead shower leaking through the ceiling.

    Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht, hervorzuheben sind das tolle Frühstücksbuffet, ein best ausgestatteter Gym, netter Pool, kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter-war ein schöner Aufenthalt

    Vielleicht im Gym kleine Handtücher und Desinfektspray samt Tüchern um die Geräte zu reinigen die man benutzt hat

    Belitung is nice only if you stay at the Golden Tulip!

    The location and the staff are amazing! The swimming pool on the rooftop it’s the best way to end the day with a drink, a nice cigar, and a breathtaking sunset!
