I would never stay at this place again.
Location was good. The Terrace for breakfast was nice and the food was good.
There were several aspects that were quite disorganised and where we felt staff could have been much more attentive: -The strongbox was left closed and there were no clear instructions as to how to operate it. -They forgot to write our names/room numbers on their breakfast guest list. Having to wait for someone to check was rather annoying. -There was a water leak in the roof of our room. Thankfully, not over our bed or anywhere else too crucial, but the response from the staff when we brought it to their attention left a lot to be desired. We nearly requested a change of room, but the leak did stop after it stopped raining (if this was even the cause) and we were only staying there for two nights. -They forgot to leave hand towels and a bath matt after the one time they cleaned the room. -The one that hurt the most: staff were uncaring about the predicament I found myself in, as a Colombian citizen who lives abroad, is exempt from paying the 19% tax surcharge, but didn't have the right stamp on my passport to prove a date of entry into the country. I felt ripped off royally.
