    A lovely suite that would be amazing with a little bit of attention.

    Lovely bathroom, great view across the harbour, really comfortable bed. Nice new suite.

    The shared utility room whilst a good idea was let down by the lack of available cutlery, etc. (we only managed to find one wine glass. There were no teaspoons, and we had to wash up someone elses mug). Whilst the bathroom was new and stunning, the fixings, such as the tap handle and sink plug, were loose and prone to falling off. The "complimentary" shower wash, shampoo, and hand soap were all empty. The hot water boiler delivered boiling water very quickly, which was a little unnerving, and the coffee machine was a bit pointless without any pods, although some instant sachets were provided. These little things would have made a difference to an otherwise lovely suite.

    Even though some little niggles we managed to have a lovely time staying at Maritime apartments.

    Location good,nice view over the harbour. Bed was comfortable. We bought a parking permit and left car at Breakwater car park, as could not find any roadside parking.

    My major concern is that bathroom is on the side of steps everyone has to walk up. Can see straight through, others have mentioned this and nothing has been done, needs rectifying. Also the hair dryer was not working properly making a strange noise got very hot so could not use, needs replacing.No coffee pods,blue tooth speaker or bath mat.Chairs not as advertised too

    Amazing view from the property. Close to the harbour and facilities.

    Loading and unloading was difficult. Can't park outside the property without blocking the road. No real facility for getting rid of rubbish. If you want crockery, glasses etc the take them with you.
