  Fantastic accommodations with an incredible view and a host that treated us like family.

  Absolutely fabulous. The host was gracious and inviting. We became such good friends with the host that he invited us to go out for dinner at his favorite local restaurant. The rooms were wonderful with comfortable beds, AC and two full baths. We had plenty of room and the veranda... what an amazing view. We spent as much time as possible outside enjoying it. I can not recommend the Golden Villa enough and plan to return the next time I am in Skiathos.

  Fantastic family stay

  Our stay at Golden View Villa was absolutely fantastic. Mr. Stelios and his wife were wonderful hosts, always available and making us feel right at home. The sea view from the terrace is truly breathtaking, and we loved relaxing there for breakfast and dinner under the beautiful wood & fabric roof. We also followed their excellent recommendation for a wine tasting nearby, discovering some fantastic local wines. Plus, their daily suggestions for the best beaches based on the Meltemi were spot-on. We found having a rental car very useful, with parking right at the villa, making it convenient to explore the whole island. For those who prefer not to drive, buses are also a great option with plenty of routes nearby, or you can walk into town, which is about 1 km away. Please keep in mind that the villa is not located at street level; it sits at a height of about 30 meters, meaning there is a significant, steep slope connecting the main road to the hotel. However, this elevated position is exactly what provides such magnificent views, making the short climb entirely worth it! One helpful tip for your arrival: Golden View Villa is currently not listed on Google Maps. The closest and best point of reference to use for navigation (and taxis) is the Mythaki restaurant. Enjoy!   Krásný výhled, velkorysý prostor

  Opravdu krásný výhled, velkorysý prostor s 2 koupelnami a 3 ložnicemi, velká a zastíněná terasa, se stolem, židlemi, lehátky i sprchou, sítě proti hmyzu a okenice, klimatizace i možnost přirozeného větrání, vzdálenost od centra a hlavní silnice a autobusové zastávky číslo 6, nedaleká kavárna/ cukrárna Dough Hook a restaurace my Ithaki. Možnost parkování. Vkusné vybavení v tradičním stylu. Moc milý, vstřícný a starostlivý pan hostitel.

  Dům je starší, a proto je např. koupelny potřeba častěji větrat. Pro starší hosty obtížnější přístupnost po schodech, která je daní za krásný výhled 😉 Majitel ale staví schodišťový výtah. Zeptejte se raději na navigaci. Při cestě z letiště/ centra je třeba odbočit hned u cedule restaurace my Ithaki. Příjezdová cesta je prudká - pokud nejste zkušený řidič, kterému nedělají problém rozjezdy do prudkého kopce, je vhodnější vůz s automatickou převodovkou.
