Excellent apartment, spacious and quite comfortable. The owner answered all questions promptly. We had everything we needed. The location is wonderful, without the city noise. I can definitely recommend it.

Квартира просторная, расположена в самом центре города. Лёгкий доступ с ключом в сейфе возле двери. . Кухня .Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Относительно хорошая цена.
Нужно подниматься по ступенькам на 4 этаж. Этажи высокие. Нет кондиционера и вентилятора. В жаркую погоду очень некомфортно. Подушки не удобные. На одной из двух спальных кроватей чувствуются пружины. В квартире наверное давно не жили и по углам на потолке висит паутина и бегают пауки. На 1-2 ночи можно остановиться, но дольше по моему не стоит.

Ubytovanie hodnotím veľmi pozitívne,veľké,priestranné,s veľmi slušným vybavením.
Lokalita vzhľadom k účelu ubytovania je výborná - blízko k hotelu Thermal. Priestranný apartmán s dvoma kúpeľňami - veľká výhoda. Lokalita vs. cena OK.

I would say it was equivalent of Shangri-La for me.
A person was there who handed over the keys to me. He helped me with the keys and explained the various features of the apartment/property. Actually, I had in the previous year stayed at a property just next street. I wish I had know this that time as well as this was way beyond comparison both cost and facility wise. Excellent. I would love to be back here. The location was equidistant to both the bus terminal and the festival venue just 5-8 mins walk which was what I wanted. Also the area was also equally excellent with many shops and kioks where one could buy whatever one wanted. The most important was the kitchen items which made it a great one since I did all the cooking. The tea sachets and sugar were an added bonus. The apartment is also ideal for a business and working professional with many things suited to that profile. The host was simply great who was very kind and communicative with me for all needs though we could not meet face to face. In short, the apartment located on the second floor was ideal for me and very quite and blissful despite the busy night life around the area.
There is nothing to find fault at all. May be coffee sachets and possibly milk cartons and yoghurt box could have been a bonus for a pure vegetarian like me.
