    丁寧に対応してくださいました。

    最初の表示では、清掃料が発生するとだけありました。しかし、最初に提示された額と最後に提示された額に大きな値段差がありました。そこは、最初の段階で明確にしておく必要があると思います。あと、私は一泊のみで清掃は頼んでいません。ですので、清掃料を支払うことに疑問に思います。昨今の宿泊客の問題もあると思いますが、宿泊客が6500円の清掃料の支払いを説明する必要もあると思いました。

    給湯器トラブルが3連泊中ずっとありましたが電話したらすぐ部屋まで来て下さり対応がスムーズでした。管理者の方も大阪情報をたくさん教えて下さり気さくで話しやすかったです。子連れでしたが、部屋中が綺麗でキッチンスポンジも新しくして下さっていたりと子連れ宿泊にも清潔で安心して宿泊できました。

    If you have difficulty with stairs, you may want to think about this carefully, a nice stay but it is on the third story. I was happy with our stay and if I hadn't already planned a different place, I would have been happy to extend our stay at this location. They were polite, kind and quick to respond. Tucked in a neighborhood but not far from the train station Fantastic mattresses, soft and comfortable, best nights sleep I had while traveling.
