WE ARE NOT A HOTEL WITH A CONCIERGE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR ARRIVAL TIME 1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash 2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash 3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash 4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash 4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash 5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash 6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff 7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out 8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20 9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every dayPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
