  Nice cabin for the price. Wife and kid loved it.

  Good value for the stay. Really nice cabin. Spacious.

  Parking is difficult but there really isn't anything they can do to improve that with space available.

  We stayed here last year and absolutely loved it, so we were really looking forward to coming back this year. Unfortunately, our experience this time was very disappointing. When we arrived, we were told that the hot tub was leaking and that a repair person would be coming the following day to look at it. We also discovered that there was no internet or TV service. We were given several things to try, but nothing worked. It took three days to finally get the internet and TV working—and we were only staying for five days. On Friday, we stayed home all day because we were told a technician would arrive between 2:00 and 5:00 PM. Instead, he didn't arrive until around 8:00 PM and then spent nearly two hours fixing the problem. This was extremely inconvenient and took away a significant portion of our vacation. What was most disappointing was that, despite all of these issues, we were never offered any type of compensation or even an acknowledgment of the inconvenience. We truly enjoyed our stay last year, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this year's experience, I think we'll be looking for somewhere else to stay next year.

  2 Nächte gebucht um Dollywood und das Titanic Museum zu besuchen .

  Der Kontakt und Service der Vermieterin waren sehr gut und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits, ist aber trotzdem in der Nähe vieler Attraktionen. Besonders praktisch: Dollywood ist mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort, um Dollywood zu besuchen.Das Titanic Museum ist ebenfalls 10 Minuten entfernt. Publix 5 Minuten. Einiges an weiteren Ausflugszielen ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Nach einer langen Autofahrt oder einem Tag in Dollywood ist der Hot Tub natürlich ein echtes Highlight und lädt wunderbar zum Entspannen ein. Bei der Anfahrt gilt: Wenn man denkt, man sei falsch, einfach weiter den Berg hinauffahren – man ist tatsächlich richtig. 😊 Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Parksituation. Mit einem größeren Fahrzeug kann das Parken durchaus schwierig sein, insbesondere wenn mehrere Fahrzeuge vor Ort sind. Wir hatten mit unserem Auto zwar keine Probleme, aber mit einem Pickup oder ähnlich großen Fahrzeug hätte ich mich dort nicht unbedingt wohlgefühlt. Das ist allerdings vorher bekannt und sollte bei der Buchung berücksichtigt werden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft für einen Besuch in der Gegend weiterempfehlen.
