A safe, comfortable stay with a friendly host!
Everything was excellent! The place was very safe, with plenty of parking space inside the complex. The host was very kind, responsive, and always available to help. I would definitely recommend staying here!
The only small downside was that the neighborhood road could use some improvement, but it wasn't a major issue and didn't affect our stay.

Overall, the apartment was relatively clean and the host was polite and responsive.
However, the biggest issue was that the air conditioner was not working properly. It clearly had no refrigerant gas, so instead of cooling the room, it was only circulating warm air. The filters were also very dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. I had informed the host in advance that I was traveling with my one-year-old child, so having a properly functioning air conditioner was very important, especially with temperatures around 32-33 degrees C at night. Unfortunately, this significantly affected our comfort and the overall experience. Because of this issue, I would not choose to stay here again. While the apartment itself was acceptable, a working air conditioner is a basic expectation and should be properly maintained before guests arrive.

Do not miss it, highly recommend it!
I highly recommend this place! It was amazing, with all the necessities, clean and very near to the beach like 2 minutes away. The shops and restaurants were also very near, and could cook at the house too. The host is very welcoming, and ready to answer any question that I had, and gave recommendation about things. I liked it a lot. Also the host had left a little gift which was quite generous of him.
