Top erster Eindruck, aber viele größere und kleinere Mängel im Detail, was nicht zu dem hohen Preis passt.
Eine sehr schöne und moderne Anlage mit guter Aufteilung und allem, was man für einen Urlaub braucht (Pool, Klimaanlage, schöne Schlafzimmer, Sitzplätze im Außen- und Innenbereich, eine Waschmaschine…) Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde alles erklärt. Zudem gab es nützliche Tipps für die Umgebung.
Es gab verschiedenste Mängel. Vor allem, dass der Geschirrspüler nicht funktionierte, haben wir direkt gemeldet. Es wurde mehrfach versprochen, das jemand kommt, das zu beheben, aber es passierte nichts. Darüber hinaus gab es noch etliches anderes. Wir können Ihnen gern eine Mängelliste schicken (Duschabfluss, Badezimmertür, Fußböden, Geschirr-Ausstattung….)

The fact that we had to leave - the pool does shade over around 5pm but we had more than had enough of the pool by that time anyway. June 2026.

Beautiful house, great host, quiet location (a bit remote). Sadly a trash strewn walk to beach.
The house is wonderful. It has everything you need. Both inside and outside areas are very nice, comfortable and useful. There's room for up to 8 people, we were there with six adults and had plenty of room. The host was very helpful and attentive and responded immediately to all our questions and concerns. The host provided welcome snacks and wine which was very nice. The village of Affandou has many restaurants and cafes, and a Supermarket is very close with the car. The house is in a very quiet area with very few other vacation properties and mostly local residents.
Getting to the house is a bit tricky, some of the smaller roads shown on Google maps are actually little more than dirt roads and hard to find. Unfortunately, the area between the house and the beach is being used as a public trash dump. It is actually like walking through the middle of a dump, with trash lining both sides of the dirt path. The beach has no kind of infrastructure, there are two beach bars that are completely run down and deserted. This may have been due to the offseason but it did not look like they would be open in the summer. There are no restaurants or cafes in walking distance, which we knew however.
