For bookings over GBP 1000, the hotel may charge a deposit and apply a different cancelation policy. Please note all spa treatments should be booked directly with the hotel prior to arrival. Please note not all bedrooms include a bath, so if guests require a room with a bath, this must be requested. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. When booking up to 5 rooms or more per reservation, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that children 12 years and under can only access the leisure facilities between the hours of 8am and 9am, and 6pm and 7pm daily. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of GBP 25 per day. A deposit may be required at the property.
