Gated Golfers Estate Paradise

The area was safe and quite, clean and the host was attentive.
The long couch wasn't comfortable it need to be refilled or change

Disappointing Stay Especially if on Vacation
Quite, safe with a good view
Facilities are old and breaking down e.g. leaking restroom roof (causing wet floors in rest room), faulty shower (causing showers to be cold), not suitable for emergencies.

You're doing great job
The venue was very clean and spacious
The fact that there's no reception where you can ask about anything. I got lost while I was already inside the premises and I wasn't aware that it's a self service arrangement
