Frau Bollmann ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war gut. Das Haus liegt ruhig in der Nähe zum Wakepark und in Strandnähe. Der Garten mit Blick auf die Fehmarnsundbrücke ist groß.
Das größte Manko ist die Sauberkeit. In vielen Ecken waren Spinnweben und Wollmäuse. In der Besteckschublade begrüßte uns ein Silberfisch. Die Toilettenbecken sind alt und unansehnlich dunkel verfärbt. Im Schlafzimmer riecht es trotz Lüften ständig muffig. Die Gartenmöbel sind kaum nutzbar, da unansehnlich verrostet und dreckig. Die Aussenterrasse hat den Charme einer ungepflegten Gartenlaube. Man sitzt hinter milchigem Plexiglas. Alles in allem haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt in dieser Wohnung und können keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Es ist total liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich dort total willkommen. Auch der Garten und der Blick auf die Fehmarn Brücke ist schön. Man hat in der Küche auch alles gefunden was man brauchte. Der Stand ist auch zu Fuß in ca 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Man kann dort übrigens super angeln 🎣 Dadurch das man vom Garten aus auf ein Feld guckt, hat man dort so wunderbar seine Ruhe und kann die Abende wirklich genießen.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden !

Man kann die Wohnung weiter empfehlen
Die Wohnung war gut.Es war alles da was man brauchte.Also die Ausstattung war gut..
Das Porzellan war total verkalkt so wie auch die Spülmaschine und das Besteck.Das Porzellan und die Gläser müsste mal ausgetauscht werden.Die Kaffeemaschine ging der Schalter zum anmachen nicht so gut.Die Außenanlage könnte etwas sauber sein.
