La vue magnifique sur la baie. Beaucoup de possibilités de manger dehors, deux petits coins derrière le bâtiment et le balcon via le salon des propriétaires. Le propriétaire vous donne la carte de stationnement, et nous avons toujours trouvé la place pour garer notre voiture dans la journée. Mais nous avons évité de rentrer tard dans la nuit, ce sera impossible de trouver une place nulle part.
La surface de la chambre est de 14 m2, autant que sur le Booking est indiqué 44 m2. Ce problème était déjà signalé par plusieurs clients. L’accès à Lerici au bord de la mer est tout simplement interdit pour les voitures non locales, les caméras de surveillance à l’appui. Donc la solution est descendre à pied (10 minutes) et remonter à pied (25-30 minutes). Pour les transports en communs il faut faire une correspondance, nous n’avons jamais essayé. Alors, vous payez à 160 euros l’endroit et la vue. Mais parfois cela vaut le coût.

The host was very nice and accommodating. Very beautiful view in the morning from the terrace and plentiful and delicious breakfast. The host got is a great restaurant reservation overlooking the water with a discount. Then when the bus never arrived to take us back she graciously came to get us.
The shower was difficult to manage as it was loose and I ended up spraying the walls. The cleanliness was very decent with a few very minor things not worth mentioning but that is why I didn't rate it with a full grin. I would still stay there again.
