A lush tranquil sanctuary in the middle of town
From check-in to departure, all the wonderful staff were smiling, professional and willing to help with everything. My room was enormous, leading on to a lush tropical secret garden. The bathroom was larger than most hotel rooms. The entrance off a quiet little street is through a wooden door into the cooler climes of a courtyard swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent, and the entire place masterfully overseen by Gomez himself, a native of Negombo with a fine eye for beauty and landscape who is happy to arrange trips and tours in the surrounding region. Possibly the most welcoming boutique hotel in the town - looking forward to coming back.
