    Schwarzer Schimmel im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer

    Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet und lag fußläufig zum Zentrum

    Sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Badezimmer gab es große Flecken schwarzen Schimmel an den Wänden.

    Very nice bathroom, the toilet is cramped so beware. All kitchen utilities are there and also dishwasher. Washing machine, drying rack, iron, and a very good ac unit. Very comfy double bed, and a sleeping sofa in the living room. The location is great.

    Location is amazing, very close to the main objectives and being at the last floor it has a very nice view to the surrounding area. Despite the heat wave during our journey, a single aircon was enough (there are three aircons installed, two of them are newer than the pictures). Don't be fooled by the wood stair, it's only a platform.

    Being an old building, there are some compromises: toilet is something unique since is very narrow and the bedroom has some open vents directly to the lounge and the kitchen so you can hear all the noises.
