Nice location, clean property, but the outside sleepout was not on the standard with strong smell.

The location is reasonably close to the beach and the township. The main house is tidy and clean, as disclosed on the website. The property is easy to find and on a quiet street.

Our group is under the required number of people that the property can take. We didn't realise that the hot water ran out quickly. As a result, we didn't have a shower one night. The fourth bedroom, located outside the main house, was freshly built or painted and had a very strong smell that made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Instead, some of us had to surf on the couch.

Very cosy accommodation didn't disappoint considering a challenging weather week.

Location good for the money, liked the layout of the property as felt like adults spaced removed from the kids due to the wing. Also liked the outdoor area that you could still sit outside when it was raining. The fireplace was a cosy touch for a end of winter stay.

Couldn't find any matches when we first turned up around 4pm and only one fire starter left up so had to go to the shops straight away after arriving to purchase as was a chilly night and needed to get the house heated. Also firewood got very low by the end of are stay. These things need to be fully stocked incase guests want to use. Also there was a big spill of what looked like fizzy drinks down the kitchen cupboard which the cleaners must have missed

    Good

Great location and set up. Good space for a family holiday.

We stayed mid-winter. It was quite cold, there were only light duvets on the beds and limited electric heating.
