We had a wonderful stay! The host was exceptionally helpful and the facility was extremely clean and in an excellent location. Our host checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Seoul. The proximity to a station alone makes it worth the stay, but also the neighborhood it is in is charming and makes you truly feel like a local. The host went above and beyond and you can tell that she truly cares about her guests having a comfortable, enjoyable stay. We hope to get to visit again in the future!

If you are small group without small kids and no intention to use kitchen, that would be good place to stay.
Location was perfect as it was 2 minutes walk to train connection to airports.
We have received a very extensive list of rules one day before of our stay. In any booking I have done so far, I have not seen such an extensive list even telling us including putting food waste freezer. We were happy that we stayed only 2 nights because we were a bit nervous that we can do something wrong in the house. In the beginning I received communication in English and then they started to send things in Korean. As the list to do and not to do was so long google translate could not translate it via app. I was on the way so did not have time to translate things partially, I asked them to send in English then they did but with a comment something like that they did like that so that i can translate it to my own language. There was a cloth to wash dishes but it was already used one when I asked for a new sponge they say, I should cut a piece from the roll in the drawer. Meanwhile I was using the sponge that in the closet which apparently they use it for cleaning purpose. I hope they have not cleaned toilets with that sponge before but I suggest better clarification as most people use sponge for dish washer not that kind of clothes
