We had a very pleasant stay. The accomodation was clean, tidy, and fit our needs well. A special mention goes to the wonderful host for her warm hospitality, as well as the great location. Having coffee, tea, and pastries available at all times was a really lovely and generous touch that we truly appreciated.
For four people, the space felt a bit compact, but since we spent most of our time out exploring the city, it didn't bother us at all.

Für knapp 600 Euro für drei Nächte hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Leider war mein Aufenthalt im Good Home Paseo eine grosse Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig. Man hörte Gespräche und Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern sowie den Strassenlärm. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Auch das Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Es gab unangenehme Gerüche aus der Toilette, und die WC-Schüssel war nicht einmal richtig befestigt. Ich habe die Vermieterin auf die Probleme aufmerksam gemacht und um ein ruhigeres Zimmer oder eine andere Lösung gebeten. Leider wurde mir keine zufriedenstellende Alternative angeboten. Besonders enttäuschend fand ich den Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde. Auch nachdem ich Booking.com eingeschaltet hatte, konnte keine Einigung erzielt werden. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich eine saubere, funktionierende Unterkunft, in der man zumindest ruhig schlafen kann. Mein Fazit: Absolut enttäuschend. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht nochmals buchen und kann sie aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen nicht empfehlen.

La signora è gentilissima, disponibile e scrupolosa. Ogni giorno ci ha coccolato con un cestino per la colazione (brioche, frutta e yogurt). Posizione eccellente!! Comoda con i mezzi, metropolitana ed autobus ma, volendo, se si è abituati a camminare, ci si può spostare anche a piedi. Dipende da quanti giorni si hanno a disposizione.

El lugar excelente para una familia de 4 como la nuestra, aunque hay habitantes para todos los gustos. Las instalaciones limpias y en muy buenas condiciones. Los servicios que ofrecía estuvieron. Buen desayuno, siempre a disposición el servicio de cafetería. Rosa, la propietaria, muy buena anfitriona. Tuve un inconveniente, me olvidé el móvil luego de haber dejado el hotel y Rosa estuvo para ayudarnos a recuperarlo.
