    disappointing and absolutely not worth the price.

    Our stay at Good Mood Sunny View was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. The apartment was dirty, and the sofa intended for children to sleep on was heavily stained, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. The overall cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. Communication with the property was terrible. Phone calls were never answered, and although emails received replies, there was no real action or support from the staff. We felt completely ignored. Considering the high price, the standard offered by this apartment is very poor. I strongly do not recommend this property and would not choose it again.
