    Free shuttle bus, helpful staff

    Free shuttle bus to and from the airport was well organised and easy to request. The staff at the check-in were helpful and polite, we wanted to buy drinks but there was an issue with the card reader and we didn't have cash, so she let us take the drinks and pay for them the next morning, which we really appreciated. The triple room was a good size, the shower was great, very good value for money.

    Nothing really, the ceiling was a bit low on the bunk bed in the triple room but that's to be expected given the set-up.
