    Pleasant resort in nice setting.

Quiet location, rooms clustered around canals.

Thin walls between rooms so noisy neighbours very annoying. No hot water in bath or shower. Water in swimming pool cloudy.

    Maybe won't stay here again.

Relaxing environment, the staff is kind and accommodating.

The door lock to room 105 is broken and cannot be secured from the outside. Furthermore, despite my request to the reception desk for the room to be cleaned and the towels replaced between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on October 12, the room remained unserviced upon our return. I found this experience quite disappointing.

Warm welcome and beautiful decoration for our honeymoon. We enjoyed a great time.

Breakfast has to be be improved and the hotel management should install a shower at the pool and think about a separate family pool area
