    One of the worst experiences out of 100's of places I've stayed in recent years.

    It was spacious.

    The fact that there was no washing machine and dryer as listed (they subsequently removed that misleading info, but too late as that was a main reason I booked the property). The oven needed cleaning before I could use it. The bed was missing a top sheet so I had to make it myself. Access instructions were't clear enough.

    It was fine, but this was my first encounter with a dishonest listing on booking.com.

    The location and spaciousness of the loft.

    False information. There is no free parking or futon. Why not just be honest? Parking next to the building cost us $80 for three days, and our adult son slept on a basic couch. We got by. I just felt blindsided that a properly would lie. After our stay, I went through and saw all the comments about these two issues. Lesson learned. The bathroom sink was broken. Only the hot water faucet worked. Seemed like an easy fix, if only anyone cared.
