Good location, friendly host and nice amount of space. Would recommend as good value for money and felt safe.
Numerous gnats/bugs squashed on the walls/cupboards. Heating randomly came on on our last night despite it being quite warm. The location was good and central but there was loud music each night until midnight which did slightly disturb sleep.

Todo muy limpio y ordenado, muy acogedor, muy bien situado a 2' del vaporeto, Gran anfitrión Pietro, siempre pendiente, tal y como las fotos, 2 camas de matrimonio grandes.

Apartamento acogedor y bien ubicado.
La ubicación está fenomenal , las camas son grandes y cómodas, la decoración es agradable.
No había ni champú ni gel en el baño. A las camas les falta un edredón de entretiempo. No había nada para el desayuno, ni aceite, ni una botella de agua. La impresión primera es decepcionante con relacional las fotos, es un edificio viejo y sin ascensor. Paolo es un muchacho muy agradable y servicial para la recepción, pero los dueños son algo estrictos con las normas de entrada y salida.

Excellent location and apartment
Great location in walking distance from the main attractions, ample space, well furnished.
Shower box way too small, although quite typical in Europe.
