Not a bad property, but beware if anything goes wrong as blame may be coming your way.
House was clean and generally well presented and would normally accommodate a medium to large extended family. Garden was fully enclosed and allows for small children to play with minimal supervision.
Broken heaters in the bunk bed room meant we had to go out and purchase a new heater appropriate for small children. Leaving a broken one in the children's room was a safety hazard. Suggesting they would purchase a 'cheap fan heater' was also not the safest option for the ages of these children. No tumble dryer, despite advertising that there was one. There is a real problem with ants which found their way into the granchildren's medications and were a constant irritant in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms downstairs. And finally the queen bed in one room collapsed on us at 4.45am whilst we were fast asleep. This resulted in us having to drag to mattress into the living area for the remainder of the night. We had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for the remainder of the stay (3 more days). The state of the bed was shown to the maintenance man that arrived on the Sunday morning, that we were very thankful for and he assured us that the bed broke through no fault of ours. To make matters worse the owners tried to blame us for the damage, insinuating that we allowed children to jump on the bed and demanded that we at least contribute towards a new bed. Understandably, we felt this was an unreasonable request as we could have sustained injury from this bed collapsing.

We only stayed 2 nights but could have easily stayed longer. Great place to stay.
Loved the space. Well suited to large families. Lots of games and the pool table was great. The house was beautifully presented and there were lots of spaces to sit and relax around the property.
Not much not to like. If I had to be really picky, the kids couldn’t play air hockey because the paddles didn’t grip properly, the dart board needed new darts and the plug for the kitchen sink was broken, but they are things that are easily fixed. Also the outdoor furniture was a bit mouldy, but it wasn’t really warm during our visit for that to be an issue.

Great location, walking distance to everything in town. House was great for our family holiday. The 2 levels meant there was enough room for everyone.

Very good and enjoyable
The interior was clean and presentable with well thought out utensils and kitchen equipment
It was a hassle to arrange our own linen and would have been nice to go into a house with the beds all made up
