  An enjoyable apartment close to a great concert venue!

  Well located, easy access, and quiet.

  The shower head could use an upgrade, but otherwise we would love to rent it again.

  Exceptional

  Just me and my son stayed here for 2 nights and we were really happy we chose this property. Very cheap for a property of this size,and close to the city center. Full kitchen,2 big double bed rooms with really comfortable beds and loads of room for a family to stay here. Highly recommend this place.

  There was nothing that stood out that I didn't like.

  Easy to book, manage and communicate with the host. Easy access to downtown using public transportation and parking garage made it even better.

  Kudos to team and God Bless your business

  Everything is clean. Facilities response are fast and non-bias to other tenants who rent there. Very strict to rules which is reasonable. What I like is that non-smoking area. No noise after 11pm. They required to send your i.d. So don't be shock, for the safety of the owner too. (Which is my first time also). Safe neighborhood. Very near to restaurants, its walkable, you can take bus but after midnight they are not operating. Free parking they have a 2 car garage behind the facility . Complete set of appliances. You can cook, bring your own food. They have an ice in the refrigerator which they are so nice to do that, thought we did not use it. Big rooms clean bathroom. Only one bathroom which is ok for me even if you have a big family you just need to take turn or be early to use that. We did not use the patio. Next time if we are going to stay again we want to try the 2nd floor so we will not hear the footsteps of the people there. Thank you for a wonderful house that you offer to people that they can use, weather its for business or leisure. I recomemd this facility and they will take care of you and your stay.

  Nothing, except the other tenants who rent there, we followed the rules of parking the garage and give a space to other people who will park inside (because its a two way garage). Then in the morning we saw a car blocking the garage (we cannot get our truck outside). It was frustrating for us because we want to enjoy our stay there and be hastle free. We contacted the facility and the tenant move their car and apologize which is nice and forgave the right after because they said that they did have the access from the garage. And then we came back and we saw the car was blocking the garage again (same car that apologize to us) its not nice to do that to other people especially when they told you they were sorry and later on do it again. I message the facilty and they moved again the car. And I am now sceptical that maybe in the morning they will do that again (trust issues lol). But finally I checked it in the morning and they moved the car and blocked the other car besides us,lol. I don't know if they received a warning or they just don't care at all. I heared footsteps from the second floor. My husband is deaf so he don't mind. He had a good sleep.
