    Nice and big flat near the busy area but regular maintenance is needed.

    Good location, near the passage but far from a beach. The house was lately renovated, the interior design is nice, big rooms, comfortable spaces. Free parking for 2 cars, nice small garden, washing machine and dishwasher is working well. The area is quiet at night. Very good restaurants are in the near.

    The house is well used by tourists and the flat has its signs of it. The kitchen exhaust hood was not working, kitchen cabinet door was hanging and we could't close it, one darkener was stuck in the living room, the terrace tiles started coming loose due to the heat which is pretty dangerous. There were renovating tools in the garden hidden. Its a busy place at the summer but for this price the maintenance should be much better, they should much more check the place between travellers. The key to the gate is not really working, after minutes of trying it opened luckily. It is a nice looking flat but many things are not logical. For ex. some pans cannot be used on an induction cooktop because they are not magnetic. There was no sponge or washing liquid in the kitchen. We didn't expect the kitchen to be fully stocked, but it lacked even the bare practical essentials. We were traveling with children, so we wanted to make proper use of the kitchen.
