    Poor cleanliness and excessive noise significantly affected our stay, despite the apartment being modern and well locate

    The property is in a fantastic location — only a 2-minute walk to the centre — which was very convenient. The apartment itself is modern and nicely decorated.

    However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The corridor outside is extremely noisy, and we could clearly hear people running and shouting at 3am, which made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also a concern. While the apartment appeared generally clean at first glance, there was hair everywhere — including body and pubic hair — in the bathroom, on the sofa, in the kitchen, bedroom, and even on the bed sheets. This was very disappointing and uncomfortable. Additionally, there was fungus/mould inside the fridge. The stairs leading up to the bedrooms are quite steep and impractical, which could be dangerous for families with children. Overall, the location and modern design are positives, but the noise and hygiene issues need serious attention.

    Good place if you plan to stay for several days in Sierra Nevada (could be noisy)

    The apartment is close to the ski lifts so you don't have to climb a lot (just about 3-4 floors from the gondola level). The apartment is spacious, modern and offers a parking place.

    It was a bit noise. The doors are not very well isolated and there were some groups of youngsters shouting in the evening. I think that this place is very popular among them. The whole building could be renovated, especially corridors, they feel quite old. There is a dishwasher but there was a shortage of spoons, knives, forks and plates so in reality we have to clean some of them manually. There was no coffee, salt and just two rolls of toilet paper.
