    Die Lage. Es ist nicht weit zum Hundestrand.

    Es war nicht sauber, als wir ankamen. Flecken auf dem Boden im Wohnbereich und Spinnenkot auf dem Boden im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben selbst gereinigt, weil wir unseren kurzen Aufenthalt nicht mit Wartezeiten auf eine Nachbesserung vermiesen wollten. Es erfolgte kein Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter. Man verweist lediglich auf den Vertrag und pocht auf die verweigerte Möglichkeit zur Nachbesserung. Auch im Bezug auf weitere Mängel wurde angeboten einen Handwerker zu schicken. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Deckenlampe im Flur ist kaputt und hängt teilweise nur noch am Kabel. Das Bad ist sanierungsbedürftig. Die Tür zum Bad ist verzogen und schließt schlecht. Die Eingangstür klappert bei geöffneten Fenstern. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich wird als zusätzlicher Schlafplatz ausgewiesen, ist allerdings bestenfalls eine Notlösung und kein dauerhafter Schlafplatz für einen kompletten Urlaub. Wir wollten Urlaub machen und nicht die Nachbesserung von Hygiene und Reparaturen abwarten. Sowas sollte vor der Ankunft neuer Gäste geprüft werden!
