The staff is what really made it an enjoyable stay.
The grounds were beautiful. Event center, lobby and bar were welcoming. Staff was amazing.
The furniture in our room was very old. Sofa very uncomfortable and chairs were wobbly. We were told by another guest furniture was old in cabins too.

WONDERFUL TIME
We had a wonderful time with our family in our two cabins and three lodge rooms. We enjoyed breakfast together each morning with each group being on their own time table, youngsters early and others later! We enjoyed the water toys while the youngsters were napping and then they joined us in the pool. We spend a good amount of time each day at the resort, including supper one evening. There were a few field trips: The Ridges, Cana Island Lighthouse, Alpaca Ranch, Washington Island Ferry and several ice cream shops!!! Hope to do it again!

Great views, poor food on property.
The breakfast was the highlight of our previous trips prior to covid. This time in 2026, the breakfast was terrible. The French toasts were like cardboards, the variety was less than cheap motel breakfast. It was very disappointing. The. Restaurant food was horrible, the fish tacos were sour and heavily breaded like frozen fish sticks. This place has a lot of potential but the quality of food was a poor and very disappointing for a $450 per night room. I won’t be coming back.
The views and nature, thankfully that didn’t change. The staff were kind and friendly.
