    The service is absolutely terrible

    no

You have cancelled my reservation twice in a row without any prior notice. The first booking I made two weeks in advance, and the last‑minute cancellation forced me to find new accommodation for my family just one day before check‑in. There was not a single explanation for the arbitrary cancellation. The service is absolutely terrible. I hope your business shuts down.
