Es un apartamenyo habilitado en la primera planta de una casa ya algo antigua. Tiene espacio, dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y un sofa cama en salón. Fue suficiente para los 5 que llegamos a alojarnos. Cuenta con cocina completa y utensilios. No tiene lavadora. El apartamento aunque las camas estan bien, se encuentra algo anticuado.
En cuanto a limpieza creo que se podría mejorar. La casa no cuenta con ningun espacio exterior útil. Tampoco tiene lavadora. El barrio aunque parece tranquilo, está alejado de todo, por supuesto.imñrescindible el coche para moverse desde allí.

We had a comfortable stay in Buffalo. When we returning to Buffalo, we will certainly pursue staying at this apartment
The apartment was very clean and quite spacious. It was also in a residential neighborhood where street parking was always available. It was also close to where our son lives in Buffalo. Gavin responded quickly to our questions as well.
It would be good to include a few items, such as dish towels and potholders, and instructions regarding how to use the television. Although I’m sure Gavin would have explained this to us if we asked, our son’s girlfriend needed to figure it out for us (when you are older, these things don’t always come naturally to you!).

Great value for money
It was great value for money. Great location. It was a very pleasant stay. Gavin was a great host. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.
The apartment could be cleaner---the floor in particular. The living room rug really needs a good cleaning.
