  Never again!

  **Subject: Very poor experience with the accommodation** I have been using accommodation booked through the Booking platform for many years, averaging approximately 50 stays per year worldwide. I therefore believe that I am able to provide an objective and well-founded assessment. Whenever I am satisfied with accommodation, I express this appropriately by giving it a good rating. Unfortunately, this is not possible in this case. Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the accommodation later than planned, and we informed the host in good time. Check-in was self-service: the key was kept in a key box at the entrance, and the host was not present when we arrived. Upon arrival, we discovered that there were not enough beds or suitable equipment for all six guests. The accommodation is advertised as suitable for up to seven people. However, another part of the description states that it has three bedrooms: one for two people, another for two people, and a third for one person. The sixth guest would therefore require an additional sofa bed to be prepared on the ground floor. I informed the host of the problem immediately, even though it was already after 11 p.m., and asked him to provide suitable bed linen the following day. Despite sending several messages, we received no response. I also tried to call him, but his phone was switched off. The additional bed linen had still not been provided the next day. Furthermore, before going to bed, we discovered that all the towels were wet and unusable. It was unclear whether they had been washed or not. Some of them were also torn. There was a considerable amount of dust throughout the property, and the condition of the kitchen was also unsatisfactory. We informed the host about these issues as well and requested towels for all six guests, together with complete bed linen for the additional sleeping arrangement. An employee was sent to the property, but he brought only two towels and did not have the additional bed linen.
