    Not again

    Bright House

    Heatwave when arrived, request 1 more fans and one more hair dry (5 ppl share 1 hair dry), no response until call to the management...Also, 5 adults share 6 toilet rolls for 6 days Total 4th floor, Kitchen in basement, living room in ground floor, bedroom in 2nd and 3rd floor. not suits for elders and kids Kind remind, please check the boiler working or not.. Water hot cause the sun hits up the pipes.

    Very disappointing

    In a nice location. It’s a bachelor pad though not a house for families Had everything you need

    No handrails on slippy stairs/filthy dirty rugs/used linen from last guests thrown in dining room/ bright red stain on sheet/wardrobe doors won’t stay closed/ trip hazard on doormat at front door The owner disagrees even though I have photographs of everything
