  Unimpressed and disappointed.

  I had scheduled a check-in time for 10 am with booking.com and it was changed to 4 pm. I called the phone number listed as the Airbnb host and asked about checking in early and she laughed and told me no. I explained that I initially selected 10 am when I booked it and she laughed and told me I can’t check in until 4 pm and there is no early check in. We had 13 people waiting in our party, 6 were children and the youngest desperately needed a nap. Instead of trying to accommodate us, even if 10 wasn’t possible, at least an earlier time than 4 pm would have helped. We had to drive around for hours until check in was available. We then noticed a charge for the Airbnb for this property before we even checked in and was told it was a refundable deposit if there was no damages. I thought it was included in my initial payment, like other Airbnb’s we had stayed at previously. That was a shock to us as well. While the Airbnb initially looked clean, I noticed the walls were filthy and there were visible hand prints on the tv console table and our feet were dirty after walking around inside without shoes.

  The house was nicely decorated and we felt right at home. The property responds very quickly on all emails. We were there when there was a heat wave, so the temperature was a bit warm as there were no fans and rule not to lower temperature below 72. There is also no water kettle so we had to boil water for tea with pots on the stove. Other than that we had a great stay and would recommend.

  Condomínio maravilhoso mas a casa precisa de manutenção e camas novas.

  Casa bem decorada, com eletrodomésticos de qualidade. Piscina limpa e agradável. Localização boa, com restaurantes e atividades próximas.

  No primeiro dia o ar condicionado deixou de funcionar, no calor de mais de 40° de Orlando. E a cama de um dos quartos estava com os pés soltos e balançando, tivemos que colocar o colchão no chão para poder dormir. As gaiolas com corujas de enfeites caíram na cabeça de um dos hóspedes, os parafusos estavam espanados.Foi uma noite difícil. Informamos e enviaram uma pessoa no dia seguinte. O ar voltou a funcionar mas a cama no mesmo dia apos o conserto, quebrou, e o colchão ficou no chão todos os dias da estadia.
