    Must take notice of guests quite reasonable requests

    Once i'm travelling, i have no acces to the internet, so i sent a special message to the owner to 'TEXT' me the entry code. They didn't. Were it not for the assistance of a kind stranger, i would still be outside the place. Don't see the point of sending messages only to have them ignored. Other than that the accommodation was actually very nice. Market Raisin is a lovely lincolnshire market town. The flat was fairly quiet, and warm when the boiler was working. No instructions as to how to change the boiler timings: always started at 1/2 past 6 in the morning even on sunday when we wanted a lie in. And the place was cold by the time we got up at 10am on Sunday morning. I'd go there again if i thought the owner paid any attention to requests by guests and if there were instructions for the boiler. The kitchenette is very good. Floorboards a bit squeaky (more of a problem for the poor sods down below). Would have had a good rating but for the above neglecting my message to send a txt. lp

    Upon arrival I found that apartment occupied. I was told I would be given a full refund and to find something else.
